Brownies
250g chopped butter
200g chopped dark chocolate
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups plain flour, sifted
1/3 cup cocoa , sifted
1/4 teaspoon baking powder,sifted
colored sprinkles coconut or nuts to decorate
Chocolate icing
40g melted butter
2 table spoons sifted cocoa
1 1/2 cups icing sugar sifted
1/3 cup boiling water
- pre heat oven to 160
- melt butter and chocolate together over low heat
- in separate bowl mix sugar and eggs together
-Add chocolate mixture and egg mixture together
-add flour, cocoa, and baking powder and whisk together.
-pour into 22cm square cake tin lined with glad bake
-bake for 40-45mins or just set
- cool and make icing
- spread icing and top with your favorite topping
-can be kept in fridge up to a week.
