Should I or shouldnt I?

Well im a mum of two young babes Eli 16months and Poppie 5 weeks  i have resigned from my work bu would love to start my own party business but not sure if i should it's a bit of a faith step i love doing homemade parties and i have had many people tell me i should start my own business but do i have the time (with two babies) will it work is it something people want  oh i d  ont know what to do???
